Adele a fost premiată pentru tema muzicală a noului film din seria „James Bond” – „Skyfall”. Ea nu a putut fi prezentă la Londra, dar a transmis mulţumirile cu ajutorul unui mesaj video înregistrat în prealabil. Adele s-a scuzat spunând că e foarte ocupată cu repetiţiile pentru Gala Oscarurilor, care va avea loc pe 24 februarie, la Los Angeles.
